Feet Sore?
It is possible that the large tendon - the plantar fascia, is inflamed causing pain under the foot, or the heel of the foot, especially in the mornings. With massage we can treat this by targeting the powerful calf muscles, and the small but very powerful tibialis anterior muscle in the front of the foot. I might suggest rolling a bottle of frozen water under the foot to reduce inflammation, or show you some ways to stretch the calf muscle. Often this is very helpful when combined with deep Sports Massage. This will probably be intense but should never be painful as this causes other muscles in the body to tense up.
